Uttar Pradesh Mukti Morcha (UPMM) is a socio-political movement working under Mission 2027 with the vision of building a corruption-free, empowered, and progressive Uttar Pradesh. Our goal is to establish a state where justice, equal opportunities, and inclusive growth are not privileges but rights of every citizen.

We strongly believe that the real development of Uttar Pradesh can only be achieved when every region and community participates equally. With this vision, UPMM is dedicated to the balanced development of all four regions – Western Uttar Pradesh, Awadh, Bundelkhand, and Purvanchal (Eastern UP).

1. Land Rights for the Landless

Ensure every landless person receives their constitutional right to land.
Mobilize marginalized communities to claim and secure land ownership.
Conduct awareness campaigns about land entitlement and legal rights.

2. State Reorganization for Better Governance

Advocate for the division of Uttar Pradesh into smaller states for efficient administration.
Promote regional development and localized governance in:
- Paschim Pradesh (22 districts)
- Awadh Pradesh (14 districts)
- Bundelkhand (7 districts)
- Purvanchal (32 districts)

3. Anti-Corruption and Transparent Administration

Expose corrupt officials and politicians at all levels.
Promote a corruption-free governance system in Uttar Pradesh.
Encourage citizen participation in monitoring government accountability.

4. Social Empowerment of Marginalized Communities

Uplift Dalits, backward classes, and other disadvantaged groups.
Organize Satyagraha movements to fight injustice.
Provide platforms for marginalized voices to be heard in policymaking.

5. Grassroots Organization and Membership Expansion

Establish district-level leadership across all districts of Uttar Pradesh.
Increase citizen participation in social reform campaigns.
Build strong community networks for social awareness and activism.

6. Regional Development and Representation

Ensure fair representation for all regions of Uttar Pradesh.
Address local developmental issues through focused initiatives.
Strengthen the involvement of local communities in decision-making.
